Annie Sanders
Annie joined the United Way staff in July 2018. She is a lifelong resident of Mid-Michigan. Annie has a strong passion for community and the desire to improve the quality of life for those around her. As the leader of UWGIC, Annie’s role is establishing a vision for community impact that is achieved through the efforts of a diverse team of high-performing leaders, staff and volunteers. A key element of her work is raising funds and strategically cultivating partners and donors. She strives to leverage United Way’s breadth of community presence, relationships and strategy. Annie works to reinforce commitment to the UWGIC mission and to create real social change that leads to better lives and healthier communities.


Director of Finance & Administration

Tina Gaillard
Tina joined the United Way staff in April 2009. She oversees the proper implemetation of financial policies, maintains the database and administrative procedures, prepares financial reports and manages daily office operations. Tina serves as the staff liaison to the Building & Finance committee, and provides financial management and administrative support for the organization.


Director of Development

Eli Hall
Eli joined the United Way staff in July 2015. With an inherited lifelong passion for service others, Eli will continue to advance United Way's mission of helping people achieve their potential through quality education, financial stability and healthy lifestyles. Born and raised in Alma, Eli is the daughter of Dr. James and Ann Hall. While growing up in Gratiot County, serving her community became a lifelong pursuit. With strong community ties, Eli focuses on creatively implementing United Way's ongoing development efforts, building relationships with donors, businesses, organizations and foundations to ensure that United Way has the necessary resources to invest in programs and services that help our friends and neighbors in Mid-Michigan.


Creative Director

Lindsey Miller
Lindsey joined the United Way staff in August 2015. She is a graduate of Central Michigan University with a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in graphic design. Her skills include advertising, marketing/communications, design and photography. Lindsey has a passion for working with nonprofit organizations and traveling abroad. In addition to graphic design, Lindsey manages United Way's website and social media presence.


Community Engagement Coordinator

Emma Maniez
Emma joined the United Way staff in June 2017 as an intern and became the Community Engagement Coordinator in January 2018. Originally from Western New York, Emma earned her undergraduate degree from the University at Buffalo and is currently working towards her master's in Public Administration at Central Michigan University. Prior to moving to Michigan, Emma worked on the Buffalo Bills community relations team and volunteered for multiple nonprofit organizations in Western New York. Emma's intense passion and enthusiasm for community development serve as her driving forces for working with United Way.
