Beth Prince is the Director of the Community Advancement Network in Mt. Pleasant. She is originally from Midland, MI, but has been a “townie” for 21 years! She is a THREE-time CMU alum who is obviously ‘Fired Up’ for her passions of nonprofits and volunteering. Beth is an expert on living room dance parties, but also took dance lessons when she was a child to prepare herself for Dance United 2018. She is involved with Mt. Pleasant Public School’s Board of Education and enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, reading and practicing yoga.
Evan Prince is the life partner and dance partner to Beth! He has been a “townie” for 37 years and is a small business owner of Melody Music here in Mt. Pleasant. He, too, is experienced with living room dance parties and enjoys being outdoors with his girls, competing in CrossFit and traveling with Beth. Evan is involved with the community through organizing fundraisers for local agencies at CrossFit Worthy including fundraisers for toys for tots and running pool and dart leagues. And get this! – Evan is an ordained minister and has performed ceremonies in a CrossFit gym, on a softball field, and has dressed as Obi Wan Kenobi. We can’t wait to see his moves on stage!
