Dance United is a University-driven dance event that sparks a friendly fundraising competition among CMU students, faculty, staff and members of the community as part of the University's annual United Way Fund Drive. Melanie Mrozek is a fifth year senior from Sandusky, MI studying Psychology and Spanish with a focus in Medicine. ¡Muy Bueno! She is heavily involved on campus with Marching Band and Basketball Band (6th Man Band), all while enjoying and making time for yoga, IM basketball and volleyball. In the near future she hopes to begin her career as a psychiatrist. Melanie has also taken ballet lessons for 16 years. No stage fright here!
Brendan Wilk is used to performing in front of a large crowd! He is the Drum Major for the Chippewa Marching Band and the director of the 6th Man Band for CMU. He is also a part of Phi Mu Alpha Sinfonia Fraternity and has studied aboard in New Zealand and Japan. He enjoys playing the piano, playing video games, checking twitter, and sleeping. In the near future, he hopes to begin his career as a Store Team Leader at Target. Brendan is from Livonia, MI.
