President/CEO, Tom Olver
Tom joined the United Way staff in May 2012. He is a dynamic leader and seasoned professional with experience in organizational leadership and communications management, strategy development and implementation, fundraising, event planning and more. Tom serves as the staff liaison to the Executive Committee, and the Campaign/ Communications, Community Investment and Governance committees. He provides leadership and support to United Way volunteers and staff in Isabella and Gratiot Counties.
Director of Finance & Administration, Tina Gaillard
Tina joined the United Way staff in April 2009. She oversees the proper implemetation of financial policies, maintains the database and administrative procedures, prepares financial reports and manages daily office operations. Tina serves as the staff liaison to the Building & Finance committee, and provides financial management and administrative support for the organization.
Director of Development, Eli Hall
Eli joined the United Way staff in July 2015. With an inherited lifelong passion for service others, Eli will continue to advance United Way's mission of helping people achieve their potential through quality education, financial stability and healthy lifestyles. Born and raised in Alma, Eli is the daughter of Dr. James and Ann Hall. While growing up in Gratiot County, serving her community became a lifelong pursuit. With strong community ties, Eli focuses on creatively implementing United Way's ongoing development efforts, building relationships with donors, businesses, organizations and foundations to ensure that United Way has the necessary resources to invest in programs and services that help our friends and neighbors in mid-Michigan.
Director of Community Engagement, Kari Creguer
Kari joined the United Way staff in August 2015. Born and raised in this community, Kari is raising a family of her own, which further ignites her passion for Isabella County and its people. She has eight years of various professional experience that has enabled her to excel at organizational, managerial and communication skills. Kari is responsible for the procurement of resources that are necessary to meet the ever changing needs of Isabella County residents. She is responsible for the Stuff the Bus school supply drive and Adopt-a-Family Holiday Wishes program, along with facilitating volunteer engagement. Kari serves as the staff liaison to the Adopt-a-Family Steering committee and provides administrative support to the United Way team.
Creative Director, Lindsey Miller
Lindsey joined the United Way staff in August 2015. She is a graduate of Central Michigan University with a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in graphic design. Her skills include advertising, marketing/communications, design and photography. Lindsey has a passion for working with nonprofit organizations and traveling abroad. In addition to graphic design, Lindsey manages United Way's website and social media presence.
Intern, Jordyn Salerno
Jordyn joined the United Way staff in August 2016. She is an undergraduate student at Central Michigan University pursuing a Bachelor of Applied Arts degree in Communication and Psychology. Jordyn works closely with the "Pitch-er This" program along with aiding the staff wherever needed. She has a passion for positve and intentional communication, leadership development and promoting the fun of your own personal health. Jordyn is excited to join the United Way staff this year, being more involved in the great community of Gratiot and Isabella Counties!
